About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience and enjoy providing excellent support to visitors, clients, and staff. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist team members with various office tasks as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
