Job description

Position Summary:
  • Answer, screen and route all incoming calls
  • Greet and direct all visitors to their destination
  • Open and close the office
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or employee (assist residents where applicable)
  • Receive and document all incoming mail; stamp and send outgoing mail. Assist with outward mailings, FedEx and confidential checks daily
  • Request and distribute ICAC Anniversary books and gift cards
  • Create monthly reception break coverage schedule
  • Maintain several email distribution lists
  • Update and email Onsite and Corporate Rosters to all ICAC employees
  • Sell and maintain movie tickets for Innovation campus
  • Schedule conference rooms and/or check out projector and laptop
  • Respond to all incoming emails/requests for assistance (i.e. Office Services requests, order flowers, taxis, lunches, movie tickets, etc.)
  • Manage filing system as well as fax and scan documents

 Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $22.60 - $29.57

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
