Work you'll do

As a Technical Senior Consultant on the Cornerstone team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Cornerstone technical implementation workstream through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology.
  • Defining user journeys and user stories to support the design and build of Cornerstone integrations by leveraging connectors, API, xAPI, and flat file integrations.
  • Configuring the application across technical and data conversion areas and facilitating stakeholder reviews through joint design sessions.
  • Gathering technical and data requirements, documenting current-state learning and talent service delivery operations, and identifying value drivers across the learning and workforce transformation effort.
  • Developing data migration, conversion and technical integration implementation plans, while managing milestones, scope, budget and risks across the project or workstream.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Cornerstone implementations and optimizations focused on technical and data conversion
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of experience leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries, with responsibility for schedule, budget, risks, weekly status reporting, and stakeholder governance
  • 4+ years of Big 4 consulting experience
  • Experience leading 2+ Cornerstone implementations
  • Experience building 3+ integrated implementation plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and RAID tracking
  • Experience managing 6+ workstreams and tracking progress to milestone adherence
  • Experience completing 2+ Galaxy/Legacy Cornerstone implementations from design through go-live and 30-90 day stabilization, including integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and training/change delivery for 200+ users

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
