Job description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee and actively perform Concrete commercial projects nationwide. This is a hands-on, working lead position, responsible for both leading the crew and executing the work in the field. This full-time role requires extensive travel (approximately 7075%), with all travel expenses fully covered. A valid drivers license is required. We offer paid travel time, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Pay is $26-$30 BOE

Roles and Responsibilities of the Concrete Crew Lead:

  • Serve as a working lead, directing crew members while actively performing concrete and epoxy work on-site
  • Lead projects from mobilization through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Perform surface preparation activities including grinding, etching, and cleaning
  • Set up, manage, and remove concrete forms
  • Mix, pour, and finish concrete and epoxy materials in accordance with project specifications
  • Troubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects moving efficiently

Requirements for the Concrete Crew Lead:

  • Preferred experience in concrete work and/or epoxy flooring systems
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs
  • Strong working knowledge of general concrete trade practices
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate work
  • Proven problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Valid drivers license (required)
