  • Show up consistently and ready to work each day
  • Load and unload materials (50+ lbs.) from trucks and trailers
  • Grind concrete floors using walk-behind and handheld equipment
  • Prep job sites by taping edges and hanging protective plastic
  • Mix epoxy materials using drills and proper ratios
  • Apply and spread epoxy coatings with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Cell phone for schedule and timekeeping
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor (standing, twisting, lifting)
  • Comfortable working with tools and equipment
  • Willingness to learn and follow direction
