Job Description

Jacksonville, Florida-based Epoxy Flooring Manufacturer and Installer is seeking a full-time (40-60-hour week) skilled epoxy flooring person who has knowledge and experience installing industrial, institutional, and commercial resinous epoxy flooring and 4-, 6-, and 8-inch-high field-formed integral cove base.

This position requires arrival each Monday at our Jacksonville, Florida, plant location. After arrival at our plant, from there you will be on the road for the week in our company trucks. Hotel, per-diem, all tools, equipment, and materials are furnished by the company. This is a travel position. You are home on weekends.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 years of epoxy flooring (Required).
  • Construction Experience: 2 years of construction (Required).
  • Mix Man Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of resin hardener volume ratios (2:1, 1:1, 4:1) and liquid measurements.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of Diamond Grinding machines (handheld and 30-inch) and running industrial vacuums.
  • Application Skills: Knowledge of troweling/back rolling and installing field-formed integral cove base (4, 6, and 8 inches high).
  • License: Valid working Driver's License.
  • Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug test. We are a Drug-Free Company.
  • Willingness to Travel: 100% (Required).
  • Preferred: Experience pulling a trailer is preferred.
