We're looking for a motivated and hardworking Epoxy Floor Apprentice to join our team and assist with all aspects of epoxy floor application. This position offers the potential to grow into a leadership role as you gain experience and skills.

Title: Epoxy Floor Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and execution of epoxy flooring projects to meet job specifications, ensuring high-quality work.

• Support the operation of floor grinding machines to evenly match grinding, honing, and polishing levels.

• Help operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, floor scrubbers, hand power tools, vacuums, and other industry-related equipment following safety procedures.

• Assist in the installation of water and solvent-based materials such as epoxies, joint fillers, overlays, sealers, stains, and densifiers.

• Maintain a professional image and cleanliness of job sites, ensuring they are tidy and safe.

• Engage in the quality control process to ensure high standards of workmanship.• Learn new techniques and assist with various tasks as needed.

• Clean up work area and remove any debris or waste materials.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn, be professional, work in a fast-paced environment, and have great communication skills.

• Some experience in commercial/industrial painting, technician work, or construction is preferred but not required.

• Physical fitness to repetitively lift at least 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in various construction environments.

• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to various job sites.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
