True Floors Solutions LLC is a growing commercial flooring contractor specializing in polished concrete, decorative concrete, resinous flooring systems, and professional surface preparation. We are looking for experienced, dependable, and safety-focused professionals to join our field team.

Position Summary

The Concrete Polishing Technician is responsible for performing all phases of concrete grinding, honing, polishing, densifying, sealing, and floor preparation on commercial and industrial projects throughout Florida. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship and has experience operating professional concrete flooring equipment.

The Epoxy Flooring Technician will perform and assist with all phases of resinous flooring installation, including concrete preparation, coating applications, decorative systems, and final finishing. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality results.


Responsibilities

  • Operate planetary grinders, industrial vacuums, burnishers, and related equipment.
  • Perform concrete grinding, honing, polishing, densifying, and sealing applications.
  • Prepare concrete surfaces for polished concrete and specialty flooring systems.
  • Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and company quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment and keep job sites clean and organized.
  • Communicate professionally with team members, project managers, and general contractors.
  • Travel to commercial project locations throughout Florida as required.
  • Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, crack repair, and other preparation methods.
  • Install epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, flake, quartz, metallic epoxy, and other coating systems.
  • Mix and apply coating materials according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Operate grinders, industrial vacuums, mixers, and flooring equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
  • Follow project specifications and company quality standards.
  • Work professionally with team members, project managers, and general contractors.
  • Travel to commercial project locations throughout Florida as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial concrete polishing is preferred.
  • Experience operating concrete grinders and dust collection systems.
  • Knowledge of polished concrete processes, densifiers, sealers, and floor protection products.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous epoxy flooring or resinous flooring experience preferred.
  • Experience with concrete surface preparation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of coatings, repairs, and finishing techniques preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

$20.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
