Call Center Representative (CSR)
Location: Winterville, NC 28590 | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
โข $15.00/hr; increases to $22.00/hr upon permanent hire
โข Shifts vary between 7:00 AM โ 9:00 PM with two days off weekly
โข Up to 2 Saturdays per month and 1 Sunday per quarter required
โข Mandatory overtime at month-end

Role Impact
This role supports the resolution of delinquent automotive loan accounts through high-volume outbound and inbound call activity. Success is measured by call performance metrics, payment arrangements secured, customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to compliance standards including FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
Key Responsibilities
โข Place and receive high-volume calls to resolve delinquent automotive accounts
โข Negotiate payment arrangements based on customer financial assessments
โข Meet daily performance metrics including call volume, contact rates, and promises kept
โข Accurately document account activity within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and collections systems
โข Identify root causes of delinquency and recommend compliant resolution strategies
Minimum Qualifications
โข 2+ years of Call Center experience
โข 2+ years of Customer Service (CSR) experience
โข Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Core Tools & Systems
โข Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
โข Call center dialer systems and collections platforms
โข CRM and account management systems
Preferred Skills
โข Experience in debt recovery, automotive finance, or financial services
โข Knowledge of FDCPA regulations and compliance protocols
โข Ability to work in a metrics-driven, performance-based environment
