Global Marketing Leader - Corian Design

The Opportunity:

Corian is a globally recognized, design-led brand with a strong foundation in material innovation and specification-driven demand. However, demand generation and commercial integration are inconsistent across regions, and the customer journey-from discovery through specification and purchase-contains friction that limits conversion. Marketing capabilities vary globally, with significant opportunity to strengthen digital, data, and performance-driven execution.

We are seeking a Global Marketing Leader, reporting directly to Corian Global Business Director, to lead a transformation of how Corian creates demand, engages specifiers, and converts market interest into measurable growth.

This leader will define where Corian chooses to compete and how we win. The leader has global accountability for demand creation strategy, marketing capability building, and brand stewardship, working in close partnership with regional commercial leaders who own customer relationships and account execution.

This is a hands-on transformation mandate requiring both strategic vision and operational leadership to build new capabilities while delivering near-term commercial impact. The ambition is not only to grow Corian, but to shape the next phase of growth in solid surface through stronger specification influence, a differentiated brand position, and a frictionless customer experience.

What You Will Own:

Demand Creation & Specification Influence

  • Define and lead the global "where to play / how to win" strategy, including priority segments, use cases, and value propositions-and translate this into demand generation that increases specification, pipeline, and conversion
  • Build upstream demand with architects, designers, and key specifiers
  • Shift engagement from product-led to value- and outcome-driven

Marketing-Commercial Integration to ensure demand generated is captured

  • Establish a global marketing operating system aligned to segmentation, account priorities, and value propositions
  • Partner with regional commercial leaders to improve pipeline quality and win rates
  • Equip sales teams with scalable tools, insights, and content that drive conversion

End-to-End Customer Journey

  • Own and optimize the specification journey-from discovery through specification to purchase
  • Identify and eliminate friction across channels, tools, and processes
  • Improve conversion at each stage of the funnel

Digital & Data Transformation

  • Build a fully measurable, data-driven marketing engine
  • Leverage digital platforms, content, and analytics to drive engagement and growth
  • Establish clear, consistent KPIs tied to pipeline, conversion, and ROI

Brand & Design Leadership

  • Strengthen Corian's position as a premium, design-led brand
  • Translate product innovation into compelling, differentiated narratives
  • Balance short-term demand generation with long-term brand equity

Organizational Leadership & Capability Building

  • Define and build the structure, capabilities, and talent needed for a modern marketing function
  • Lead and develop a global team with clear accountability for performance
  • Transform the organization from a reactive, request-based model to a proactive, insight-led growth engine

How Success will be measured:

  • Clarity and consistency of priority segments, value propositions, and competitive positioning across regions
  • Revenue growth and market-share expansion in priority segments
  • Growth in specification-driven pipeline and quality of demand created
  • Improvement in pipeline and specification-to-sale conversation rates
  • Increased customer engagement and ease of specification for designers and specifiers
  • Measurable contribution of marketing to commercial outcomes (pipeline, win rate, ROI)

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar required; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience leading marketing in a building materials/construction ecosystem (or analogous B2B specification-driven environment)
  • Track record of driving measurable growth through demand generation and commercial integration
  • Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder customer journeys (specifiers, contractors, distributors, etc.)
  • Experience building digital, data-driven marketing capabilities
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a global, matrixed organization
  • Exceptional leadership and influence skills in complex, global organizations
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
