Solid Surface Fabricator / Production Manager

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

About the Position

We are a growing countertop fabrication company looking for an experienced Solid Surface Fabricator / Production Manager to lead our shop operations.

This is a hands-on working supervisor position. The ideal candidate has strong experience fabricating solid surface countertops, including Corian and similar materials, and is also capable of organizing daily production, managing materials, and leading a small shop team.

You will spend time fabricating countertops while overseeing production, ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate solid surface countertops using Corian and similar materials
  • Perform cutting, routing, seaming, sanding, polishing, and finishing
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and layouts
  • Organize and manage the daily production schedule
  • Prioritize jobs to meet customer and installation deadlines
  • Supervise, train, and assist shop employees
  • Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality seams, finishes, and assembly
  • Track and maintain materials, supplies, and inventory

  • Ability to take measurements and work with detailed specifications

  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
