Job Summary:

They are seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer - Federal to collaborate with sales teams, provide technical guidance, and deliver compelling product demonstrations while engaging with customers to architect solutions and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical guidance and tailored demonstrations.
• Be a trusted advisor, effectively communicating Corelight's value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Customize and deliver compelling product demos and Proof of Value (POV) engagements that showcase the strength of our solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their challenges, architect solutions across diverse environments, and drive business outcomes.
• Proficient in designing and implementing deployment strategies across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Partner with our engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery and feedback loops.
• Expect to travel approximately 50% of the time to meet customers and support in-person engagements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, NDR, Zeek/Suricata, etc.
• While 5 years is typical, we prioritize technical depth and situational fluency over years on a resume.
• Proven track record of managing technical evaluations (POCs), translating complex networking/security concepts for various audiences.
• Deep understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and run complex Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• CISSP, SANS, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
