  • Deliver against growth targets: Own bookings performance across your portfolio, balancing commercial discipline with client value creation and long-term relationship health.

  • Executive relationship credibility: A proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, translating client priorities into strategic opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial growth mindset: A track record of growing complex accounts through consultative selling, opportunity shaping, and expansion into new buying centers, services, or business lines.
  • Strategic account leadership: Experience developing and executing multi-year account strategies that balance client value creation, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health.
  • Cross-functional leadership: The ability to align senior leaders across strategy, consulting, experience, data, and engineering to bring forward integrated solutions that solve complex client challenges.
