Job description

• Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.
• Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.
• Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations related to analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies.
• Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve decision-making, automation, forecasting, and business insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives.
• Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering projects.
  • Strong experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in BI reporting and visualization tools.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Extensive experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics and commercial data domains.
