Facility Manger $ 25.00 hr. Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm

  • Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card

Qualifications
Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in housekeeping, warehouse, facilities, operations, maintenance, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing facility upkeep, cleaning standards, inventory, maintenance schedules, fleet needs, and security procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of safety practices, facility inspections, and basic maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to supervise hourly employees and hold teams accountable.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, work orders, inventory tracking, or maintenance systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, if responsible for fleet oversight.
Preferred:
  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, or commercial facilities environment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
  • Experience working with vendors and maintenance contractors.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb, and inspect indoor and outdoor facility areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse, maintenance, and operational environments.
  • Ability to respond to facility issues, emergencies, or urgent maintenance needs.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
