Job description

Internship Term: Fall 2026 (September - December)
Internship Location: On-Site in Indianapolis, IN
Anticipated Time Commitment: approximately 15-20 hours per week
The Digital Marketing Intern will assist in the content ideation and creation for Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Pacers Sports & Entertainment social channels, websites and apps, assist with event coverage, copywriting, graphics, write blogs and publish photo galleries, video and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with coverage of Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Pacers Sports & Entertainment events (including nights and weekends), inclusive of capturing and editing photo and video content.
  • Assist in the copywriting of social and website content.
  • Edit graphics and photos for use on site, social and video.
  • Curate photo galleries and highlights for concerts and events.
  • Create email marketing campaigns.
  • Shoot social-style video with high-end smartphones or more advanced cameras.
  • Assist in brainstorming and creating content plans.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enrolled in college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Premier required, both a plus.
  • Ability to edit video and photo on their phone.
  • Ability to work two to three days in office per week, plus events during evenings and weekends.
