Job Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in typing (45 wpm). Typing test is required.
Knowledge of student attendance procedures and PowerSchool software.
Knowledge of general office procedures, phone, filing & copy machines.
Computer and word processing skills preferred with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of student health reporting and administration of student medication.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, staff members and parents.
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
