Job description

Lead QA / Testing Coordinator (Salesforce or Oracle)

Location: Miami, FL (4–5 Days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 6–12 Month Contract-to-Hire
W2 Contract
Interview: Video
Visa: Must be able to convert without sponsorship

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience leading testing efforts at the program level (not managing QA testers directly)

  • Strong testing background in either Salesforce or Oracle environments

  • Experience coordinating end-to-end testing for large-scale platform migrations and integrations

  • Strong understanding of APIs, integration testing, and eCommerce workflows

  • Experience with manual and automated test planning, execution, and defect management

Salesforce / eCommerce Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud

  • Experience with Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash processes

  • Understanding of lead generation, account management, subscriptions, recurring billing, order fulfillment, and accounts receivable

  • Experience with Salesforce data migration, API testing, and integration validation

  • Familiarity with customer journey workflows (Browse → Cart → Checkout → Payment → Fulfillment)

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or Shopify

  • Knowledge of payment gateways, OMS, inventory management, subscriptions, returns, cancellations, pricing, promotions, taxation, and global commerce processes

Oracle Experience

  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP workflows, including Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules

  • Experience testing integrations between Salesforce/eCommerce platforms and Oracle Cloud

  • Knowledge of middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica

Testing & Tools

  • Strong experience designing and managing test strategies, test cases, and UAT activities

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM, or similar test management tools

  • Ability to validate end-to-end business processes across Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle ecosystems

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program-level testing activities for Salesforce and Oracle transformation initiatives

  • Coordinate integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing

  • Validate business workflows involving sales, subscriptions, billing, payments, fulfillment, and finance operations

  • Ensure successful testing of APIs, middleware, and data migrations

  • Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to drive testing execution and issue resolution

  • Manage testing schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting across multiple workstreams
