Quanta Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Generalist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role supports full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions while owning key components of Quanta's early careers strategy — including internship program coordination and delivery, university and campus recruiting, and the development of hiring resources that improve consistency and candidate experience across the organization. The ideal candidate is an organized, people-first professional who brings both recruiting execution skills and a genuine passion for early careers programs — someone who can manage active requisitions while also building the processes, tools, and relationships that strengthen Quanta's pipeline of emerging talent.

Internship Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Serve as the day-to-day coordinator and primary point of contact for Quanta's corporate internship program, managing all logistics from offer acceptance through offboarding;
  • Design and deliver a structured intern experience including orientation, professional development programming, executive networking sessions, and mentorship opportunities;
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to coordinate intern evaluations, conversion discussions, and program feedback on a consistent schedule;
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve intern program materials, handbooks, onboarding guides, and compliance documentation; and
  • Track intern headcount, program participation, and conversion outcomes, reporting results to the TA leadership team.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate requisitions across intern, early career, and experienced-hire roles — including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate communication;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and establish effective, structured interview and selection processes;
  • Develop and maintain behavioral interview guides, competency-based evaluation tools, and hiring manager resources that improve consistency and candidate evaluation quality;
  • Maintain accurate requisition status, candidate records, and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS); and
  • Deliver a consistently positive, professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

University Relations & Campus Recruiting

  • Build and maintain relationships with target university career centers, faculty contacts, and student organizations to strengthen Quanta's campus presence and early talent pipeline;
  • Coordinate career fair participation including event registration, booth materials, travel logistics, and on-site staffing;
  • Represent Quanta at on-campus and virtual recruiting events, serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador to attract early career talent;
  • Partner with operating companies and the TA team to align campus recruiting activity with workforce demand and hiring timelines; and
  • Maintain the university recruiting calendar, school engagement data, and career fair outcomes tracking.

Onboarding Support & Process Development

  • Support new hire onboarding activities in coordination with HR and hiring managers, helping ensure a smooth and compliant integration experience for corporate hires;
  • Assist with the collection and processing of onboarding documentation including I-9s, background checks, and drug testing compliance; and
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding resources, process documentation, and recruiting toolkits that support consistency and hiring manager preparedness.

Employer Branding & TA Operations

  • Support Quanta's early careers brand on platforms including LinkedIn, Handshake, and other university-facing channels;
  • Assist with TA reporting, data analysis, and pipeline metrics to support team visibility and program effectiveness; and
  • Contribute to special TA projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 2 or more years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruiting coordination — internship or early careers program experience strongly preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously;
  • Experience developing recruiting resources such as interview guides, intern handbooks, or onboarding materials;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, candidate-first approach;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred (iCIMS experience a plus); and
  • Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience managing or coordinating an internship or early careers program, including programming, intern engagement, and compliance documentation preferred;
  • Campus recruiting or career fair experience preferred;
  • Familiarity with employer branding platforms such as Handshake or LinkedIn preferred;
  • Onboarding coordination experience, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation, preferred;
  • Experience in a large or decentralized organization a plus; and
  • Background in the energy, construction, utility, or infrastructure industries a plus.
