Overview

Coolray Tennessee is seeking outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead Generators to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and earning rewards for your performance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Retail Sales Lead Generator, you'll serve as a Brand Ambassador for Coolray inside our retail partner locations. Your primary responsibility will be engaging customers, introducing them to our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, and scheduling appointments for our in-home comfort consultants.

No home services experience is required - we provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by both hourly pay and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Represent Coolray professionally inside retail partner locations
  • Engage customers in friendly conversations about their home comfort and service needs
  • Educate customers on Coolray's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-home consultations
  • Explain product and service benefits while identifying customer needs
  • Accurately collect customer information and schedule appointments
  • Build strong working relationships with store management and team members
  • Meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals
  • Attend required training sessions, meetings, and development programs
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence throughout your shift

Qualifications
