Job Summary
Position Overview:

As a Club Attendant, you will be the frontline ambassador of Soldier Fields most exclusive hospitality experience. You'll provide discreet, polished, and attentive service to high-profile guests, ensuring the club maintains its premium atmosphere before, during, and after each event.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  •  Have Game Specific Welcome Cocktail on serving tray 5 minutes before doors.
  •  Escort guests to their tables or lounge areas, offering personal assistance as needed.
  •  Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the club at all times.
  •  Assist with any requests, and guest amenities.
  •  Monitor guest satisfaction discreetly and report any concerns to supervisors.
  •  Reset all guest tables with linen folds, silverware, table snacks and table lamp.
  •  Polish all Silver and Serving Ware.
  •  Bag any novelty candies and snacks.
  •  Set out bagged snacks 10 minutes before game start in City Room and before gates open for International Room.
  •  Monitor Chefs tables: clean, replace serving ware, wipe glass, replenish food items.
  •  Be knowledgeable of all club offerings and timetables.
  •  Have bottled water presented to guests before Kick off/after halftime/and as guests are leaving the stadium.
  •  If a guest is leaving the club, pour any drink that is still in a glass into a Re-useable cup.
  •  Be able to serve guests beverage upon request.
