At Nelson Mazda Cool Springs, we’re redefining the car buying experience. As a Client Advisor, you’ll deliver a professional, pressure-free experience focused on customer satisfaction—not commission. What You'll Get
  • Base pay of $4,000 per month (non-commissioned) w/ a bonus structure

  • Dedicated on site trainer for training + support to help you succeed!


What You’ll Do
  • Guide guests through a world-class, transparent car buying experience

  • Respond to internet and phone inquiries and schedule showroom appointments

  • Make 45+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads and prospects

  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and deliver expert-level product presentations

  • Log all customer interactions in CRM and dealership systems

  • Prepare vehicles and customer info for upcoming appointments

  • Assist with showroom appearance, lot organization, and guest hospitality

  • Stay current on Mazda models, news, and competitive vehicle offerings


What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required


What Success Looks Like
  • 13 vehicles sold monthly (rolling 90-day average)

  • 95%+ customer satisfaction index (MBEP score)

  • High conversion rate of internet and phone leads

  • Strong performance in optional protection and service product offerings

  • Completion of all Mazda certifications and training
