We're seeking an experienced dental hygienist to fill in, with the possibility to become permanent, on our team at Cool Springs Laser Dentistry in Brentwood, TN. Our Practice is a thriving general dentistry practice that has been flourishing in Tennessee for decades!


At Cool Springs Laser Dentistry, the right hygienist is warm and reliable. They inspire confidence in our patients in a way that helps them look forward to coming to the dentist. The right hygienist will help make the rest of our team better too. They want to learn and grow professionally. They love people and use things, not the other way around. The right hygienist wants to operate in a culture of mutual respect and believes in doing the right thing even when no one’s looking.


The Hygienist we’re looking for will:

  • Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Lead Dentist's clinical culture.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Have a high level of integrity and dependability.
  • The ability to inspire confidence in colleagues, patients, and the communities we serve.

Hours and compensation:

  • Pay is commensurate with experience
  • This is considered a full-time, temporary position with the potential to become permanent

  • Brentwood, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Requirements:

License/Certification:

  • Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
  • Current state license to practice Dental Hygiene
  • 2+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
