This position offers a full-time, remote work setting, allowing therapists to enjoy flexibility in their schedules while maintaining a strong work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status and needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, utilizing evidence-based methods and solution-focused approaches.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing a compassionate and client-centered methodology.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, maintaining a cool demeanor and effective problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, to remain informed of best practices and current trends in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your role will be to work with adult clients managing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our organization values client diversity, and you will be expected to create an inclusive environment that respects and understands various backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
  • Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals seeking help.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload efficiently.
  • No history of disciplinary action by any licensing board.
