HubSpot Consultant

Vantage Point

Job description

Vantage Point is hiring a HubSpot Consultant to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the long game, building trusted client relationships and helping businesses continuously get more out of HubSpot over time. Not a "go live and move on" kind of role. You'll be the person clients count on to keep things running, improving, and evolving.

Our clients range from ambitious SMBs to complex enterprise organizations, and you'll sit at the center of their HubSpot world — part strategist, part problem-solver, part trusted advisor.

This is a 100% remote role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own ongoing client relationships — you're their go-to across the full HubSpot suite
  • Lead delivery across all phases of managed service engagements, from onboarding through continuous improvement cycles
  • Run process workshops and strategic conversations around marketing automation, CRM, sales enablement, and RevOps
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand and improve what HubSpot is doing for your clients — don't wait to be asked
  • Keep deliverables on track, on time, and high quality
  • Jump into pre-sales conversations and help shape proposals when needed
  • Help the team grow by sharing what you know and brainstorming solutions together

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a HubSpot consulting or implementation role
  • Hands-on experience across two or more Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, or CMS)
  • HubSpot certifications — the more the better
  • A background in a regulated or B2B services industry is a big plus

You're Probably a Great Fit If You...

  • Enjoy the relationship side of the job just as much as the technical side
  • Are proactive; you spot problems before clients do and come with solutions ready
  • Stay cool under pressure and can juggle multiple clients and priorities at once
  • Pick up new tools quickly — bonus points for experience with integrations, data migrations, or RevOps tooling
  • Can work independently and confidently lead engagements without needing a lot of hand-holding
  • Are a team player who lifts others up, not just someone who checks boxes
  • Bring good energy, both internally and in front of clients

Our Interview Process

We keep it straightforward and respect your time:

  • Step 1 — Technical skills assessment
  • Step 2 — Interview with our management team
