JOB PURPOSE:
Prep cooks are responsible for receiving, checking the quality of, washing, cutting and preparing the produce and food goods in accordance with Din Tai Fung's procedures. Prep cooks must familiarize themselves with the standard cutting size of all vegetables and take care and attention to wash vegetables thoroughly.
