Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate can follow recipes accurately, prepare ingredients based on business volume, and work efficiently while minimizing waste. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and supporting our line cooks during service.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Adjust prep levels based on business volume to avoid over-prepping or under-prepping
  • Practice proper waste management and food handling procedures
  • Assist line cooks as needed during service
  • Receive and properly put away food and supply orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
