About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Line /Prep Cook with fine-dining or upscale scratch-kitchen experience to prepare and execute high quality dishes for residents. This role is ideal for a cook who takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and elevated presentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute all aspects of scratch meal preparation, cooking, and plate presentation with a fine-dining standard in mind
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and fully stocked station, using proper batch-cooking methods and accurate time/temperature logs
  • Follow detailed recipes, flavor profiles, plating standards, and portion guidelines as set by the Executive Chef
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to culinary technique-including knife skills, ingredient prep, sautéing, roasting, grilling, and classic cooking methods
  • Uphold high standards for station organization and prep readiness throughout service
  • Monitor inventory levels and complete order sheets to maintain proper food and supply par levels

Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years' experience in a fine-dining, upscale casual, or scratch-kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques, culinary terminology, and proper use/care of kitchen equipment
