About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team at LightHouse Rooftop Restaurant amp; Bar, a small rooftop dining destination located in the heart of Tampa. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional food quality and customer service in a unique setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to LightHouse Rooftop Restaurant amp; Bar standards and recipes.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Work efficiently as a Line Cook, managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and excellent customer experience.
  • Adhere to Marriott and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Downtown operational guidelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to meet Food Pred and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role, preferably in a small rooftop restaurant or bar setting.
