Job description

Overview:

This client is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for entering leave decisions into Oracle and utilizing this information to accurately code team members' timecards with the appropriate leave and disability pay codes, making historical corrections, and demonstrating proficiency in Excel to manage multiple payroll spreadsheets (such as penny pay, pending edits, zero hours, etc.).

Job Description:

This role is responsible for accurately entering leave codes into the system while ensuring a high level of precision. You will manage timecards for employees who are out on leave, handling a dynamic workload that can range from 16 to 150 leave requests per day. In addition, you will support the bi-weekly payroll process by reviewing and processing up to 800 timecards alongside a team of five. The position also involves auditing, editing, and correcting timecards as needed, including performing manual adjustments such as backing out PTO hours for employees who are on leave to ensure payroll accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
