Unlike many organizations, we already have solid systems and Standard Operating Procedures in place. Our next Chief Operating Officer will focus on ensuring those systems are consistently executed while continuing to improve efficiency, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.

This is an opportunity for an experienced operational leader who enjoys bringing structure, developing people, and helping an already successful company operate at an even higher level.

Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple divisions, including real estate operations, construction, and property management.

This individual will work closely with ownership to ensure departments operate efficiently, projects stay on track, managers are supported, and company standards are consistently followed.

Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with employees at every level, from field staff and office personnel to department heads and senior executives.
