As the company continues to grow and evolve, the organization is seeking an experienced and operationally focused Chief Operating Officer to lead operational strategy, optimize business performance, and support scalable growth.

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and scale a well-established, employee-owned company serving the Green Industry. This is a key executive leadership position responsible for translating strategic goals into operational success while developing a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
As the operational leader of the organization, you will partner directly with the President, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team to guide daily operations, develop future leaders, and position the company for long-term growth.
