We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Equipment Operator to support ongoing construction projects in the Appleton market. This is a direct hire role offering strong pay, full benefits, and long-term career stability with a reputable contractor.

This position requires hands-on experience operating both concrete pump trucks and conveyor trucks, along with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. The role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments and requires physical involvement in setup, operation, and cleanup.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, positioning, and operating concrete pump and conveyor equipment across a variety of job sites. You will play a key role in executing concrete pours efficiently while maintaining safety, accuracy, and communication with field teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maneuver concrete pump and conveyor trucks on active job sites
  • Set up pump systems, booms, and conveyors for accurate concrete placement
  • Perform daily inspections (pre- and post-trip) and basic equipment maintenance
  • Work closely with project teams to carry out pour plans and meet deadlines
  • Handle cleanup of pump lines, hoses, and equipment after each job
  • Follow all company safety standards and jobsite regulations
  • Track daily activity and communicate any delays or equipment issues

Qualifications
  • Valid CDL required
  • Proven experience operating concrete pump trucks and conveyor trucks
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and safety procedures
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including setup and cleanup
