Role Summary

This is a golden opportunity for a hands-on growth marketer to drive lead generation while owning the communications and creative that fuel it. Youโ€™ll build programs that feed our Sales team, shape messaging and visuals that convert, and work directly with leadership to scale what works. Think big picture and execute, producing assets yourself or activating a trusted network of designers when needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize a repeatable lead-generation engine across paid, owned, and earned channels (search, social, email/lifecycle, content, webinars/events, partner programs).
  • Own messaging and copywriting for ads, landing pages, emails, one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement; maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Create or direct design for ads, landing pages, and collateral with high standards.
  • Stand up and manage full-funnel programs.
  • Partner closely with Sales on MQL/SQL definitions, speed-to-lead, routing, and enablement.
  • Own marketing operations and analytics: UTMs, dashboards, attribution; report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline $, CPL, CVR, ROAS, CAC/LTV; turn insights into action.
  • Run a weekly test-and-learn roadmap: define hypotheses, launch experiments, analyze results, and scale or sunset quickly.
  • Source and manage external creatives/contractors when needed; maintain a reliable bench of designers to scale production quickly.

90-Day Outcomes

  • Live, measurable funnel from first touch ? MQL ? SQL ? Opportunity; accurate dashboards in place.
  • 3โ€“5 multi-asset campaigns shipped (offer + landing + ads + email) with iterative tests running.
  • =20โ€“30% lift in qualified lead volume at equal or lower CPL vs. baseline; improved speed-to-lead and first enablement toolkit delivered.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • 5+ years in growth/demand marketing with a track record of increasing qualified pipeline.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling that convert across ads, landing pages, and lifecycle programs.
  • A keen design eye; capable of producing quality assets yourself or directing designers efficiently.
  • Experience building and optimizing end-to-end funnels; comfortable with marketing automation/CRM platforms and analytics (e.g., GA4).
  • Thrives in a startup/scale-up environment: bias to action, resourceful, and accountable.
  • Bonus: experience in real estate, home improvement, or tech-enabled services; ABM exposure.
