Experienced Machine Operator

Fischer Paper Products has been family-owned for over 50 years, with three generations dedicated to manufacturing and supplying high-quality, food-safe paper packaging to both local and nationally recognized customers.

As an Experienced Printing Machine Operator, you will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team.

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging or related industries

  • Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift to 50 lbs

  • Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines (preferred)

    • Night Shift: 8:10 PM – 6:35 AM

    • No weekends or holidays!
