JOB DESCRIPTION:
About the Role
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to help accelerate our digital growth and transformation. This role drives performance across web, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
You'll play a critical role in optimizing the full customer journey, from initial discovery through lead nurture and appointment conversion by leveraging platforms like Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and myPROJECT portal.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives at analyzing, improving, and implementing premier user experiences for both our end users and our affiliates.
What You'll Do
Drive Digital Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase qualified traffic, leads, and conversion rates
  • Optimize the full funnel, from acquisition through lead nurture and appointment setting
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to improve performance

Lead Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with IT, analytics, and agency teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences
  • Align acquisition strategies with downstream conversion and lifecycle performance
  • Onboard affiliates to our corporate programs which includes training, outreach, and pitching new ideas and optimizations.

Own Lifecycle Marketing & Lead Nurture
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) lead nurture programs
  • Build, document and refine audience segmentation and customer journeys (email, SMS, triggered communications)
  • Improve lead engagement, reduce drop-off, and accelerate conversions
  • Work cross-functionally on connect multi-channel journeys into a unified experience
  • Leverage behavioral data and customer insights to tailor digital experiences at scale

Shape the myPROJECT Experience
  • Drive strategy for myPROJECT, a post-purchase tool, as a key post-lead project tracker
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer transparency, engagement, and conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance usability, increase adoption and awareness within our network of affiliates

Analyze & Optimize Performance
  • Optimize experiences by reviewing web, email, SMS, segmentations and myPROJECT behaviors
  • Track KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, and lead quality

Innovate & Lead Digitally
  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies (AI, personalization, lead scoring)
  • Bring forward new ideas to enhance customer experience and performance

What You Bring
Required
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong expertise across data, analytics, user experience, lead nurture, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendors

COMPENSATION:

$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
