WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Analyze marketing campaigns, acquisition channels, and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing and product performance metrics using tools such as GA4, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Support Product, Marketing, and Sales teams with insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Help optimize user journeys and conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Participate in A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to evaluate new ideas and improve performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into campaign, product, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing teams to understand user needs and support growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of tracking and analytics best practices.


WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, product analytics, growth, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with digital marketing channels and campaign performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in understanding user behavior and translating insights into business actions.
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
