The Manager of Marketing Operations will partner in the development and execution of marketing and brand strategy to acquire new and retain existing customers.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage the customer-facing website to support customer acquisition, strengthen retention, and reinforce brand credibility.
  • Optimize website conversion performance to increase qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and strengthen return on digital marketing investments.
  • Support marketing reporting development and track marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify performance trends, and guide data-driven decisions.
  • Support optimization of the marketing P&L to align spending with growth priorities, revenue impact, and measurable return on investment.
  • Manage paid and organic social media to build brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support lead generation.
  • Partner with Sales to improve customer and prospect experiences, strengthen lead handoffs, and increase conversion opportunities.
  • Partner with Technology to build engaging digital experiences that improve usability, support campaign execution, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Partner with Creative to develop brand-aligned messaging and assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage content strategy and execution to deliver relevant, consistent, and timely communications across digital channels.
  • Manage the campaign calendar to coordinate priorities, improve visibility, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor team and support professional growth.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in customer acquisition and retention.
  • 5+ years of conversion rate optimization experience.
  • Proven understanding of the customer journey and acquisition funnel.
  • 5+ years of experience with SEM, SEO, email, SMS, paid and organic social, and branding.
  • 3+ years of budget management experience.
