Are you a sharp, execution-focused marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment? We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to work directly alongside our Chief Marketing Officer and help drive lead generation and conversion performance across a growing portfolio of seven companies nationwide.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for someone who doesn't just manage timelines — they own outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Marketing Execution & Project Management

• Partner directly with the CMO to execute digital and traditional marketing strategies across multiple brands

• Manage end-to-end marketing projects focused on increasing lead volume, improving lead quality, and driving lead-to-sale conversion

• Own timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking across multiple simultaneous initiatives

Agency & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external agency partners (SEM, Paid Social, Pay-Per-Lead, SEO, and traditional media)

• Keep campaigns on time, on budget, and accountable to results

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

• Support multi-channel lead generation across SEM, Paid Social, PPL, SEO, and traditional marketing

• Assist in developing initiatives to improve lead nurturing and conversion, including direct mail campaigns supporting the sales team

Cross-Company Collaboration

• Work daily with General Managers across seven portfolio companies nationwide

• Collaborate on localized strategies, messaging, and creative assets while maintaining brand consistency

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, digital marketing, or a related role

• Strong working knowledge of SEM, Paid Social, SEO, and lead generation

• Experience managing external marketing agencies and vendor relationships

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders without dropping the ball

• Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment where priorities shift quickly
