Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support enterprise technology initiatives by providing project coordination and Agile support throughout the project lifecycle. This role works closely with Delivery Managers, Scrum teams, and business stakeholders to assist with project planning, documentation, reporting, Agile ceremonies, and governance while ensuring successful project execution.

This is a opportunity based in Mechanicsville, VA, and is open to candidates within  Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning activities, including project schedules, sprint plans, work breakdown structures, and task tracking
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, and sprint progress
• Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, issue logs, change requests, and project artifacts
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks, blockers, and schedule impacts as needed
• Maintain SharePoint sites, project repositories, and documentation libraries
• Support stakeholder communications, requirement clarification, and project deliverables
• Perform basic reporting, dashboard preparation, and data analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, project management processes, and Agile best practices
• Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams and Scrum teams
