Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Digital Growth Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and within your own team to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth while supporting the achievement of KPIs set by Marketing and the broader organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across various digital channels, including but not limited to website, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize the company website to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive engagement.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content to develop engaging and conversion-focused content for digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing technology and tools, and implement best practices to enhance campaign performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, SEMRush, and Hubspot.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
