What are some common challenges faced by a Conversion Project Manager during large-scale system migrations?

Conversion Project Managers often encounter challenges such as managing tight timelines, ensuring data integrity during migration, and coordinating communication among diverse stakeholder groups. Balancing technical requirements with business needs can be complex, as unexpected issues may arise during the testing and validation phases.
