A talented, revenue-driven Marketing Professional to lead the globalization of K-Food. We are seeking a senior-level leader who can drive direct online sales, design high-converting promotional campaigns, and manage a high-performing marketing team to hit aggressive revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive promotional calendars, seasonal sales events, and product launch strategies to directly drive D2C revenue growth.

  • Revenue & KPI Management: Own the daily, weekly, and monthly online sales targets. Monitor sales performance and pivot promotional tactics in real-time to hit goals.

  • Performance & ROI Marketing: Oversee paid media budgets (Meta, Google, etc.) with a strict focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to drive immediate sales volume.

  • Digital Merchandising & Content: Supervise channel-specific content strategies (Email, SMS, Social Media) designed to convert prospects into buyers. Lead viral marketing and influencer campaigns that trigger direct impulse buys.
