Regular cross-functional meetings and data sharing are essential to ensure everyone is working toward common goals. By fostering open communication, Conversion Managers help bridge the gap between technical development and marketing initiatives for optimal user experience.

Job description

About Us
Conversion is building the AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. Today, marketing is stitched together from outdated software, enrichment tools, and disconnected workflows. Funnels are broken. Messaging is misaligned. Most teams are flying blind.
We're fixing that. Conversion lets growth teams build and automate their entire go-to-market motion in one place. From acquisition to activation to retention, it's all managed in a single interface: fast, personalized, and powered by AI.
We've raised over $28 million from top investors such as Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital. We're at $6M+ ARR, growing quickly, and powering go-to-market for 4000+ customers.
We're a lean, high-performing team in San Francisco. If you're excited about selling a creative, modern product with clear ROI and doing your best work alongside world-class teammates; we'd love to meet you.
  • Over $28M in funding
  • $0 to $6M ARR in under 12 months, 4000+ customers
  • Elite team from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC Trading, Shopify, Linkedin, Microsoft, and more

About the Role
Hey there! Ishaan here I lead GTM Engineering at Conversion. At most organizations, GTME feels like a siloed function. You're either working on just outbound or just revenue operations. At Conversion, GTME encompasses a breadth of functions, where everyday looks different. You'll operate with complete autonomy and be responsible for building the infrastructure that pushes us into our next phase of growth.
This role requires a strong mix of GTM, data, and creative fluency. Some days you'll be creating large scale data pipelines while other days you'll be working on creative solutions to generate top-of-funnel leads. We operate a heavy enterprise motion, which means data and personalization are critical to our GTM motion. We're looking for a world-class generalist who loves nerding out on new technologies, tweaking outbound copy, and building complex internal data systems.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach
  • Craft copy and sequences across cold email, LI, partners, and marketing nurture
  • Implement and utilize intent signals for warm outbound efforts
  • Build ICP models and segmentation logic to ensure GTM efforts are focused on high-fit accounts
  • Partner with marketing to enable ads, events outreach, nurture sequences, and special projects
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize vendors across the entire GTM stack (Salesforce, Conversion, Gong, Clay, Heyreach, OutboundSync, Sumble, etc.)
  • Create workflows and systems that enable sales and marketing automation at scale, set up high-quality data pipelines, and make our CRM easily queryable
  • Equip our SDRs with creative playbooks, target ICP lists, and the right tooling
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
  • You believe in high-intensity, in-person teams and want to be surrounded by top talent
  • You care deeply about craft and impact, not just output. You take pride in doing great work, even on small details.
  • You're able to be in the technical weeds and fix bugs in your systems but also zoom out, think in systems, and push towards a broader GTM strategy
  • You love complex GTM problems and are able to come up with creative solutions across SDR playbooks, outbound sequences, marketing enablement, etc.
  • You have technical familiarity with GTM & automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Clay, Zapier, Gong, Apollo, Instantly, APIs, webhooks, etc.)
