The Impact You Will Make

The Senior Manager, SSC Analytics serves as the liaison analytical engine for Student Success Center operations at Risepoint. By translating complex operational needs into clear analytical questions and surfacing actionable insights, this role drives data-informed decisions that improve agent performance, pipeline health, and student outcomes across New Enrollment, Retention, and Contact Center functions.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

Reporting to the Director of SSC Analytics, this Senior Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy. They do not wait to be asked, do not need their scope defined for them, and do not need a filter between themselves and senior stakeholders. They bring the experience to move quickly in ambiguous environments, the technical depth to work directly with data, and the presence to command a room of operations leaders with confidence and credibility. Key stakeholders include SSC Operations Leadership (New Enrollment Ops, Student Retention, Workforce Ops, and System Ops), the VP of Marketing & Operations Analytics, and cross-functional partners in Performance Analytics, Data Engineering, and Finance/RevOps.

What You Will Do

Act as a trusted analytical partner to SSC operations leadership, proactively understanding their evolving priorities and converting business needs into clear analytical questions.

Own end-to-end analysis of SSC performance including conversion health across lifecycle stages (Lead-to-Contact, Lead-to-Application, Application-to-Enrollment), agent activity and pipeline ops, retention signals, and VoS analytics.

Drive analytical frameworks and dashboards in Power BI that enable SSC leaders to self-serve on operational KPIs; identify performance drivers, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across the SSC funnel.

Objective contribution to enrollment forecasting by integrating call center and pipeline signals into rolling forecast models; monitor leading indicators and proactively surface early warning signals to leadership.

What Success Looks Like

Deep understanding of SSC operations: how agents work, how the pipeline flows, and where the data lives.

Trusted working relationships established with New Enrollment Ops, Student Retention, Workforce Ops, and System Ops.

At least two high-impact analytical projects delivered with recommendations proposed to SSC leadership.

How Impact Will be Measured

Quality and adoption of SSC Power BI dashboards measured by self-serve usage and reduction in ad hoc data requests from SSC leadership.

Accuracy and timeliness of enrollment forecast contributions, including early warning signals surfaced ahead of leadership reviews.

Depth and consistency of SSC metric definitions and documentation, reducing definitional disputes and increasing trust in reporting outputs.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Experience That Matters Most

8+ years of experience in business analytics, operations analytics, strategy, or management consulting.

4+ years working directly with senior operations or call center stakeholders as a primary analytical partner; owning the relationship, not supporting it.

Proven ability to work with ambiguous or imperfect data environments without losing analytical integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or related field (required).

Experience That's Great to Have

Experience in higher education, enrollment management, or student lifecycle analytics.

Funnel analytics expertise; conversion rate analysis across multi-stage pipelines.

Excel proficiency for scenario modeling and operational analysis. Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.

Risepoint is an equal-opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
