ExtraMile Convenience Stores LLC is a joint venture between Chevron U.S.A. Inc. and Jacksons Food Stores, Inc. As one of the largest convenience store franchisors in the United States, ExtraMile operates a network of more than 1,000 locations across multiple states and continues to expand through strategic franchise growth.

Position Summary

ExtraMile is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Franchise Development Specialist to drive franchise growth throughout Florida. This remote, field-based sales role serves as the primary representative of the ExtraMile brand within Chevron and Texacoโ€™s Marketer-Served (Wholesale Fuels Distributor) network.

As a key ambassador for the brand, you will cultivate relationships with prospective franchisees, communicate the value of the ExtraMile franchise opportunity, and generate new business opportunities that support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled at delivering compelling presentations and managing a sales pipeline independently while collaborating effectively with internal partners.

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000/yr. DOE + bonus opportunity

Location: Remote โ€“ Florida
Preferred Residence: Central Florida Orlando Metro Preferred
Relocation Assistance: Not Available
Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% or more

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective franchisees
  • Present and promote the ExtraMile franchise opportunity through meetings, presentations, site visits, and industry events
  • Generate and qualify new franchise development leads within assigned territories
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through franchise award
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support franchise development initiatives
  • Represent the ExtraMile brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Experience in retail operations, retail marketing, franchising, convenience stores, or related industries preferred
  • Proven success selling a brand, franchise opportunity, or consultative business solution
  • Understanding of franchise business models and multi-unit retail operations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Florida
  • Valid driverโ€™s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
