Job Summary

Havel is seeking a Temperature Controls Service Project Sales Manager responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers
  • Expand sales for existing contract customers
  • Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action
  • Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent
  • Successfully maintains an acceptable rate of new sales
  • Other duties assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in financial based sales, estimation, and construction project management.
  • Knowledge of building automation and HVAC-R systems is a plus.
  • Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
  • Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
