What are Controlling Managers?

Controlling Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing a company's financial planning, monitoring, and reporting processes. They ensure that the organization's financial resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve its goals. Their duties typically include budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and providing management with insights for decision-making.
