As a Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial direction and performance in a high-growth, publicly traded environment.

Role Overview As the Financial Controller, you'll oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including accounting, reporting, job costing, budgeting, and compliance. Your leadership will ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and construction industry regulations while leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.

You'll work closely with the executive team to guide the company's fiscal health and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Financial Oversight - Lead AR/AP, payroll, and service accounting functions, reinforcing robust internal controls. Strategic Planning & Reporting - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support profitability goals.

Job Costing & Contract Compliance - Oversee percentage-of-completion accounting, cash flow, and contract alignment. Payroll & Operational Leadership - Ensure accurate payroll execution and manage debt/credit relationships. Executive Financial Strategy - Deliver actionable insights to inform capital planning and project investments.

Audit & Regulatory Compliance - Serve as the key liaison for internal and external audits, tax filings, and SOX documentation. Team Leadership - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with construction business demands. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
