Take the next step in your finance leadership journey. Country View Family Farms is looking for a results-driven Controller to join our leadership team and lead the charge in financial oversight, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence.
As Controller, you'll be more than a numbers expert - you'll be a key business partner, driving performance, guiding financial strategy, and ensuring compliance across all operations. You'll work alongside executive and operational leaders to shape the financial health and future of CVFF.
What You'll Do:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, capital investments, and profitability.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, delivering insights that drive action.
  • Oversee all divisional accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, and cost accounting.
  • Ensure rigorous internal controls and data integrity to safeguard company assets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
  • Champion financial systems improvements, including ERP upgrades and integration.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Travel to farms, feed mills, and Corporate headquarters as needed.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking
